Rollback

To withdraw a problematic module, remove its interface (zimlet), server extension and helper component separately.

Removing only the interface

su - zimbra -c 'zmzimletctl undeploy com_profelis_<module>'
su - zimbra -c 'zmprov flushCache zimlet'

Hard-reload the browser. The other Profelis modules keep working.

Removing the server extension

zimbra-guard maintenance on
rm -rf /opt/zimbra/lib/ext/com_profelis_<module>
su - zimbra -c 'zmmailboxdctl restart'
zimbra-guard baseline && zimbra-guard maintenance off

When you remove an extension, also remove its zimlet; otherwise its screen shows an error.

Your data is not deleted

Rollback does not delete data such as the backup store, audit records or DLP logs.

Helper components

Components such as the DLP milter, the archive helper or the mobile agent are separate services; stop them with the steps on their pages. Remove DLP's Postfix connection with sudo ./scripts/install-dlp-milter.sh --unwire-postfix.
