Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>2013-2014<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"> ve <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>2016-2019<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
