Our Quality and Customer Satisfaction Policy is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, closely monitor technological developments, manage risks and opportunities, provide systematic, planned, timely, and legally compliant services without compromising quality, and grow by continuously improving and expanding our range of services in line with changing conditions.<\/p>

In accordance with this policy;<\/p>

  • We review the process after all actions related to customer feedback and technical support requests have been completed, and use the findings to improve the Customer Satisfaction Management System and increase its efficiency.<\/li>
  • Throughout the resolution process for all feedback, we maintain open communication with our customers, keep them informed about the process, and prioritize resolving the relevant issue within the expected timeframe.<\/li>
