Our Mantis Usage Policy

The system used at Profelis to report and track issues is called “Mantis.” It is a portal where technical issues related to ongoing projects and their resolution methods are documented and shared, helping the Profelis technical team track projects more effectively. Depending on the applicable SLA level, customer accounts may also be created, enabling customers to submit issue reports and/or project requests directly to the Profelis technical team.

Each project in Mantis is organized under its own name. To ensure effective project tracking, each project is displayed on its own dedicated web page, independently from other projects, under https://mantis.profelis.com.tr.

Access permissions/restrictions for the relevant page or pages are controlled by the portal system administrator. The system administrator creates user accounts within the portal for users who are to be granted access and defines them in the system. The system administrator determines access permissions/restrictions by assigning one of the authorization profiles to each defined account. These profiles may also be customized by the system administrator according to specific requirements and needs. The authorization profiles within the portal are named “Reporter,” “Developer,” “Manager,” and “Viewer.” Each user for whom an account has been created and an authorization profile has been assigned can view their authorization profile (access level) and the project or projects they are authorized to access under the “My Account” tab in Mantis.Users without a registered user account cannot access the system.
