Call for Active Participation
Dear Friends,
Recognizing and believing in the added value and power that the IT sector can bring to the country’s development, we have been working tirelessly for exactly 40 years under the umbrella of the Turkiye IT Association. In this context, the TBD events—held annually and now a well-established tradition—have, with your contributions, become a recognized brand and, through a sense of sector-wide ownership, have evolved into a summit and celebration for the industry.
With the development of the knowledge economy, we believe that Turkiye will make significant strides in its global competitiveness and level of social welfare. For Bilişim 2012, we have prepared a three-day program that will address the importance of the knowledge economy in helping Turkiye gain a strategic competitive advantage, as well as policies that will help Turkiye gain significant momentum in the sector.
Managers and employees from the public and private sectors, industrialists and business people, academics, entrepreneurs, students, and heavy technology users will contribute to our event, to which expert speakers from Turkey and abroad have been invited.
All stakeholders—especially IT professionals—bear significant responsibilities in building a Turkiye that excels in science and technology, generates value, succeeds in global competition, and enjoys a high standard of living.
